Organic Sprouting Mix - just waiting to spring into life.
Organic Sprouting Mix is a great combination of nutritious seeds, beans and lentils.  Once sprouted this mix has a big nutritional hit. If you haven't tried sprouting before then choosing a ready made sprouting mix is an ideal way to get started.

Sprouting releases a whole host of nutrients as the seeds and pulses become living food - they are still growing when they reach your plate. This is a really cheap way to grow organic produce all year round from your kitchen sideboard (with very little work).

You can learn how to sprout here with our easy guide 'How do I start sprouting?'  If you are already a pro at sprouting you could try growing microgreens!

Ingredients: Mung Beans, Adzuki beans, Chickpeas, Beluga Lentils, Green Lentils

Origin: Various (see individual product descriptions)

Allergen Information: Packed on premises that handle gluten, tree nuts, sesame, soya, peanuts.

That was the best choice for us, we would love to have different mixes. It is so great to have these seeds together! Today we put it on our raw green soup, added Zoee sea buckthorn oil on the top and enjoyed it a lot!
