Organic Crystallised Ginger makes us think of warming desserts.
Organic crystallised ginger is a perfect addition to cakes, tarts and pastries. It has a lovely combination of  gentle spice and sweetness with a dense chewy texture.

Crystallised ginger is preserved in organic sugar and is as natural as it gets. It's a great addition to fruit cakes, current buns, Christmas cake and pudding, mincemeat, mulled wine and festive biscuits.

You can snack on ginger straight from the bag or combine it with other warming spices in a range of recipes. Ginger twins well with organic ceylon cinnamon and organic nutmeg.

The difference between crystallised ginger and stem ginger is the way they’re processed and used. The crystallised version is dried, coated in sugar, and has a chewy texture with a strong, sweet-heat flavour.

Stem ginger, on the other hand, is preserved in syrup, keeping it soft, moist, and slightly milder. Generally, the crystallised version is ideal for snacking and better for baking.
