Organic Bee Pollen is a nutritious addition to whole food recipes.
Organic bee pollen is simply grains of nutrient rich pollen which bees collect from organic flowers.  Bee keepers only collect a small amount of pollen, leaving the bees enough to thrive and produce honey.

It is a special product rich in nutrients, antioxidants and enzymes.  Bee pollen contains most of the essential amino acids. It can be sprinkled onto porridge, yoghurt or added to smoothies.

If you want a quick easy recipe to get started with bee pollen then chop a range of fruits in a bowl and cover with coconut yoghurt.  Sprinkle nuts, seeds and bee pollen on top for a super nutritious snack or meal replacement.

“I never tried adding Bee Pollen to a multi-grain bowl, for added nutrition and flavour before. However, I am glad I did find it and now I have some every day. It adds a subtle sweetness to whatever you are including it in, without adding any actual sugar. I am diabetic, which makes this perfect for me and I would honestly recommend this, if you can afford it. While, I am not allergic, I still tried a small amount, just to be sure. So, I would recommend doing this, before having a full portion, just to be sure.”

“I think it’s probably an acquired taste and it does colour up my breakfast but it’s very good for you and you only need one teaspoon at a time. I’ve used it for a long time.”
