Premium Pitted, Organic Deglet Noor Dates
These organic deglet nour dates are sweet and delicious. They are soft enough to snack on straight from the bag or blend well into a range of healthy recipes, such as energy balls, smoothies, oatmeal, baked goods, or stuffed with nuts for a simple, nutritious treat.

This variety of date are classed as 'semi-soft', they have firm flesh and are light red to amber in colour. They're not as soft and squidgy as the coveted medjool dates but are still a popular choice for date lovers.

This variety of organic date have a lovely 'caramelly' taste, they are great if you are cutting out refined sugar but still need your sweet fix!

If you want to use your dates for baking you may like to choose our organic aseel dates which are firmer and dryer but once soaked blend well into a pulp and taste great in recipes or blended in nut milks.

Note that we now stock organic date sugar which is produce by drying these dates and grinding them down in to a sugar.

An enjoyable addition to my recipes. Have had a few really dry dates lately and not as many soft juicy ones but I'm certain this will pass.
