“The handles are very nice but were not the brushed ones I ordered. Had not heard anything from this company for 9 days after sending 3 emails. Then all of a sudden they are dispatched and arrived the day after, pity they were the wrong ones. No apology for lateness or for supplying a different item. Amazing how the ones I ordered were then taken off the website! Abysmal customer service, would not recommend this company to anyone.”
