“Fantastic product and incredibaly strong. Bought to use as an outside gate latch so I could open the gate hands free but with sufficient strength to hold it secure for pets in garden. It is a light weight wooden gate. 36kg Pull as advertised, requires a good strong push to open the gate. Could perhaps of gone for a lower pull force but have had some flexibility as had to purchase a pack of smaller mild steel plate due to out of stock of correct plate. Initially used 4 to meet the length and thickness of the magnet itself so reduced it to two which reduced the pull.”
