“I wanted to try these magnets out to enable remote uncoupling on my On30 model railway layout. However I don't think they were powerful enough although I'm going to try a couple more experiments with them. This is in no way any criticism of the magnets or the service provided by Firstformagnets. I also had some cylindrical magnets from an earlier trial (also from FFM) and they would appear to work so the experiment continues!!”
