GRP Kit delivered in a box that was falling to bits and all the cans were dented. Told the delivery driver I wasn’t accepting the package and he basically did a runner. Contacted the company who stated that as long as nothing was leaking then nothing to worry about. I said no I still wasn’t prepared to accept the package so they offered to send me new empty tins so I could decant the liquids! Again I said no either refund or send me a new kit. They then said they would collect the kit but asked me to make sure it was properly packaged! I said no - it can go back in the packaging that it came. All the time I communicated with this company I found the customer service appalling and very rude. Eventually got my refund after having wasted weeks on the job and wasted a lot of my valuable time communicating with someone that didn’t care. Would not recommend!

The kit you received had minor cosmetic damage to the tins — there were no leaks or any compromise to the contents. As is standard procedure when dealing with chemical products, we asked you to repackage the items for collection in a safe and compliant manner. You refused, insisting the goods be returned in the same damaged packaging, which we clearly explained was not acceptable under health and safety regulations. In an effort to resolve the situation quickly and fairly, we even offered to send you replacement empty tins so that you could transfer the contents yourself and continue with your work without delay. Again, you refused. Despite your complete lack of cooperation, we still arranged a collection and issued a full refund promptly — ensuring you were not out of pocket. Having reviewed the full customer service record, we can confidently say that our communication throughout was polite, professional, and prompt. Every reasonable solution was offered, and the issue was resolved quickly. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, your attitude was hostile, and it was clear that you were determined to leave a negative review regardless of the outcome — something you openly stated before the return or refund was even processed. Regarding your comment about the delivery driver — we completely agree that the handling of your parcel was unacceptable. While this was the responsibility of a third-party courier, we took your feedback seriously and raised a formal complaint with the delivery firm to ensure it’s addressed appropriately. That said, the most important priority for us was ensuring you could still safely use the product — something we gave you every opportunity to do, but which you were unwilling to consider at any stage. We do not tolerate rudeness toward our staff. Our team are real people doing their best to assist and resolve issues, and they deserve to be treated with respect — just as any customer would expect if the roles were reversed. We stand by the professionalism of our team, the service provided, and the fairness of the resolution. Time wasters . Never had my delivery in transit as had no notification informing from delivery firm. Never had my order in stock but quick to take my money . Never used these again
