“This Course has been incredibly inspiring for me. Every time I learn a new ingredient It's amazing how you can smell it for 10 minutes and discover so many things about it. This learning technique of smelling, and then describing in your own words what you are smelling, writing up whatever memory that comes to your mind and then hearing Emanuelle describing that smell has helpt allot for me to remember every ingredient.
