“A week after the parcel was due to be delivered i still am waiting. DHL app says there was no name or address on the parcel so could not be delivered. I’ve tried to contact DHL with no success and have messaged them with all the details they requested but still no saw blade. Who do I have to speak to to receive the £40 blade? I would love to have filled the rest of this but it’s a bit difficult to do when you’ve not received it!”
