“Where do I start? How can I review a product I cannot use? Purchased 27th August Screwfix and registered with you on 28th August. Well, the story ends here really, but it's probably worth mentioning that I have sent three e-mails, using your questionable 'customer form' which claims that a 24 hour turn round response is usual, asking a simple question on the operation/performance of the machine's arbor locking on 'how does one know if the device is locked or not given the fact that there is no indication whatsoever on the device and the arbor can be rotated in both states locked/unlocked, and is locked only when the lock is held depressed. My question was quite simply is the locking device malfunctioning? Not a difficult question, one would assume, nor a necessitating complex reply, but I'm still awaiting..............
