“Unable to comment on blade has completely the wrong one turned up. On contacting customer services absolutely no apologies or solution. All I received was a email with when it would be collected. Live chat was a waste of time due seems that Ruth has no brand loyalty or even cares. Total waste of my time, customer services is shocking.”

“I ordered Evolution 255mm Fine Wood Blade 60T but realised that it was the wrong product. It was returned to Evolution who, with no quibble, quickly refunded the money even though I had taken the blade out of the packaging.”
