“Unable to comment on blade has completely the wrong one turned up. On contacting customer services absolutely no apologies or solution. All I received was a email with when it would be collected. Live chat was a waste of time due seems that Ruth has no brand loyalty or even cares. Total waste of my time, customer services is shocking.”
