“I did not receive my tool on time. My tool was shipped to someone else because the wrong shipping label was put on my tool. I received the other guys tool and he received mine. The customer service representative did email us both new labels so we can ship the tools to each other but that still didn’t resolve the issue on my end. I’m a small company and needed my tool for a big project that weekend. I was pretty much forced to rent a new tool because mine wasn’t going to get here on time. So now I was out on a tool I purchased and $300 for the tool rental.”
