“R255TBL/+ has the respect of both DIY & Pros for its value for money providing many Pro features, the reason I dug deep to purchase a bit (or sholud I say 'a lot'?!) of kit I can rely on for accuracy & flexibility. Cuts are very decent with the supplied multi-material blade, but as with every saw the dreaded tear out can by frustrating when your trying to produce something of higher than rough cut quality... this where the Zero Clearance Metal Throat Plate enters - simple to order and to fit. Forget the arguments of if this should have been suppiled anyway (its not a full Pro saw at this price!). Cuts are now on Pro level - minimal to zero tearout for accurate and pleasing cuts! Get your saw closer to its full potential with this plate, you will not regret clean cuts!”
