“I received my Evolution purchase last week and quickly followed the returns procedure given on your website, as the product appeared faulty, by filling in a contact form. This was well over a week ago and I've heard nothing back and, whilst I appreciate Easter weekend stood in the middle, I must admit I'm feeling pretty disappointed. Today I tried registering the product on your website, but cannot actually find part no. R180IDR-Li on your dropdown list of items for registration. I also tried to call, but could not get through - all very time-consuming and frustrating. Not a great experience so far.”

“Bought for carrying in a motorhome to drive threaded heavy duty pegs into compact/stony ground to secure awnings and windbreaks. Feels chunky and well made and certainly has enough torque to drive the pegs. Charger was quick if a little noisy. I'm pretty confident that a 2ah battery will be sufficient, but I can always get a spare.”
