“The products and service are excellent - good quality, good prices, quick delivery and responsive customer service. However - the blind algorithm that sends out review requests for every purchase, often so quickly the customer hasn't even unwrapped the package, will only add to the now common "review fatigue". Don't send out review requests until the customer is in a position to write one (who puts a diary note to complete a review later?) - don't ask for reviews of delivery drops - you'll soon find out if goods arrive damaged or non-delivery - basic products like screws or nails don't need elaborate reviews; they either are what they say they are or they aren't! Customers are beginning to understand what a blind, dumb process these notifications often are and resent the waste of their time. This critique in meant to help - have a chat with your software providers.”
