I have been using a metal cutting bandsaw for about 20 years. It is messy (because of the collant) and certain cuts are hard to do because of the distance from the blade to the vice. I admit I was dubious about the S14MCS, despite all the reviews on YouTube. Nonetheless I decided to buy one and I am very impressed. It is so much faster than the band saw and the cuts are much more precise. Since I got the machine I haven't used the bandsaw once. I made a complete mini-forklift for a small tractor so it has got a lot of use. I also bought an aluminum blade for it but I haven't used it yet (I made the mistake of cutting aluminum with the steel blade but that is another story). I also got the stand which is pretty well made also.

The saw cuts great the brand new blade doesn't leave any burrs which is vey impressive. The only issue is the backplates where poorly aligned with eachother which is an easy fix but is somewhat disappointing for a product as expensive as this is.

Thanks for your review. We’re glad the blade cuts cleanly and that burrs aren’t an issue. Sorry to hear about the backplates alignment—could be a quick fix on our end. Please reach out with your order number and, if possible, a photo showing the misalignment so we can arrange replacement parts or a quick remedy for you. If you have any questions about the adjustment or next steps, we’re here to help. Kind regards, Team Evolution Power Tools

I bought a month ago and got to say it’s the best purchase. It cuts faster and better than my 14” Kalamazoo 5hp and 10” Kalamazoo 3hp cut off saw. It’s also a lot cleaner cuts. Makes cutting 45 degree cuts faster and easier than my other saws. No need to mess with Alan wrenches and adjustments to get 45’s. It’s fast and easy.

This is the absolute best metal saw I've ever used. The angles are spot on!

I don’t like buying things online. What got my attention was this saw weighs 72 lbs. I figured this thing had to have some beef to it. It does. When I got this thing I put it on the stand and started cutting steel. I’ve made hundreds of cuts and this saw make my life much easier. Money well spent. Buy the saw, get the stand and I bought some roller stands from Vevor. I’m cutting 3x3x3/16 angle for landscaping gabians and life is good.
