“It just does the job! Being able to "sync" the powering-up with the R255TBL+ Table Saw is just so convenient - just connect it all up and then forget it. I have mine sitting under the table saw on a bench I made, so for me, the hose connections are a bit long - but this is a minor issue. Overall, an excellent purchase.”

“Great little workshop vac. Has features that you would have to pay at least 3 times the price for on other brands. Power take off is a great feature and again one that can be very expensive, limited to 1700W unfortunately so not suitable for my table saw or big router but no big deal, ripping big stuff on a table saw would fill it pretty quickly I think, it works fine with my mitre saw and track saw which covers 90% of my requirements. Haven't tried the wet vac facility so can't comment on that. Attachments are good, only small gripe would be the hose. Not having a longer one as standard is fine as not everyone wants or needs a long hose but you can't buy extensions and I can't find "universal" ones that fit the hoover, will have to resort to splicing a section into it with tape. Recommendation to Evolution would be to sell hose extensions of various lengths and a range of rubber fittings or crossovers that allow you to plug the hose into various tools.”

“Great little hoover suction is great was really suprised what I could clean up with it only draw back is it could do with extra attachments to fit other brands of tools the you get with other shop vacs not sure if you do them But I was really impressed with the wet side of the hoover no problem at all taking water i cleaned out my 55 gallon pond filters no problem at all”

“Generally is a decent vac but in my opinion for what that is worth it is let down by the hose diameter. Luckily the hose on my 45litre shop vac fitted and the suction performance was greatly increased. Seemingly size does matter.”
