“This is the first Evolution jigsaw I have had, Ive always had an expensive yellow brand before, but after the 2nd one got stolen (cut the b......rds hands off) I decided I wouldn't spend a fortune. So far I'm really pleased with it. Great cut, clean and square, very little vibration and for me its a good weight, towards the heavy side. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a carry case. I bought a cheap small toolbar which fine but I would personally pay extra for a decent case. If you regularly use a jigsaw I would recommend giving the Rage7 a try.”

“Not the best quality outwardly and a little heavy but appears to be robust. It is well priced and with a 2year guarantee should perform well. Time will prove.”

“Changing the blade on the jig saw is very difficult. I am wondering if there is a fault with the mechanism which is very stiff. \I will use it some more and hope it eases but if not I will return it to store.”

“I've only used my Jigsaw a few times but seems well made and powerful. The self locking blade mechanism is a bit fiddly but I'll get used to it.”

“Bought this as I have bought other Evolution tools and as before it was a great purchase. The weight is just right. Cuts acuratĺey. Feels and works like a much more expensive make. The laser is accurate. The blades that came with it are very good. The guide fence could do with a upgrade. The speed control is precise. One thing I would want from these tools are cases. I would willingly pay upto 15 quid more for a good case as this would protect the tool and therefore prolong it's life. It is very hard to find fault with Evolution tools as the price is very low and the tool quality and feel are top notch. Almost as good as Dewalt at a fraction of the price. This is my fourth purchase of an Evolution product, and apart from the laser on my miter saw they have out performed expectations. I'm won over.”
