“When I notified Mark at customer services on March 28th that the adaptor ordered had not been delivered he kindly arranged for another to be sent out. It arrived the following day and not the following Monday which he anticipated! My confidence in your delivery service has been restored. Thank you”

“The adaptor does what is says on the tin. However, the adaptor fit into the port on the machine isn’t as tight as I was hoping. It is a good fit on to the vacuum though.”
