“Saw is not accurate, blade is wobbly, there is a lot of slack in terms of setting up correct angle, need to check with square before each cut. A lot of vibrations. Asked evolution for help and they send me to Amazon, very bad customer support in that way.”

“Bought my Evolution Chop Saw in Novemeber. I was cutting some skirting board and it started to make a rattling noise when my finger was taken off the trigger. I filled out the fault on the website and a courier was booked to pick it up the next day. However, like a tent it won't go back in the box, (unless you can remember how you put it together in reverse). I decided to take it back to the Evolution Depot in Sheffield (its only 35 miles away ha ha ). We had a lovely drive over the Snake Pass and passed Ladybower Reservoir. We were met at the depot by some very nice Yorkshire warehouse staff who received our saw. They were surprised I had come so far! However we had a secret plan, go back via Penistone and call at Compo's Chippy in Holmefirth (make a day of it!). To my amazement the NEXT DAY!! at mid-day, my neighbour said I have a parcel for you, it was..... the saw, repaired and returned!!! How did they do it?? It's working absolutely fine. The two most important thing about the purchase of a power tool are, quality and price on purchase (which was spot on) and after care with regard to faults. Well, Evolution Power Tools and their fantastic support team have excelled themselves. Thank you and much appreciated, I don't know how you did it. Highly recommend.”
