“When you only need one carbon brush, why do you have to buy two? Why does one (sorry two) need to pay expensive UPS courier service? This very small packet cost several pounds in postage and took days to arrive. I've bought things cheaper and quicker from China that come in the normal post. so value for money is poor, but product quality is fine. Delivery cost is a bit of a rip-off.”

Carbon Brushes are sold as a pair as we recommend to change both when replacing these. Apologies your are not happy with the carriage charge, this is a guaranteed next day service and from your order details we can see this was fulfilled

“As I was not sure what bushes I needed I rang up before ordering. The lady I spoke too was very helpful and told me what I needed. Bit disappointed with the amount of P & P I had to pay for such a small item”
