“I purchased an R185ccsx+ circular saw on June 4, 2026, and before using it, I noticed that the blade was not parallel to the saw's support base. I sent on June 5th information to your Client services (via WEB) without answer. SO i sent a specific email and I've attached a photo showing a misalignment of about 5 mm. If I had made the first cut, I would likely have damaged the aluminum guide (also purchased from you). At the moment I did not receive any annswer. I'm disappointed. My report was also intended as a warning to avoid supplying circular saws with this type of problem, which is potentially dangerous for the end user. So, By loosening the front and rear protractor screws, using the slots in the plate, can I repositioned the plate, ensuring the correct parallelism between the blade and the base. Best regards”

“La lama multi materiale in dotazione scaglia il legno.Il taglio, pur procedendo piano, non viene pulito. Non so se è dovuto al numero di giri della macchina (3700/min) forse dovrebbe essere un po' più elevato, o forse è il tipo ti lama che ha pochi denti per un taglio pulito e preciso.”
