“I already have the Evolution Fury circular saw. As I had several sheets of plywood to cut for a stud wall and I was fed up faffing about with clamping a straight edge to the ply or trying to cut free hand I took the plunge and bought the Evolution 185mm saw and track. It took a couple of tries to get it set up and then I started to cut various sizes. After so much struggling the track saw makes easy work of plywood. I'm even using a single piece of track to cross-cut 4 x 3 and 3 x 2 timber carcassing. A good buy for a one-off job, but I'm sure it will get a lot of use in future projects.”

“The saw is well made and should last a long time. Not too happy with the track the edges were too sharp. I had to file off the edges all ok now.”

“Very pleased with the saw cuts easily and leaves a good clean finish on wood. Disappointed with the track first there is no clamps Secondly the track was Machined out of square I couldn’t use until I squared this on the mitre saw now great. Now I have clamps and track set true all very good. Just a shame quality control let the name down. .”

“The saw is quite nice and I like the multi-material blade. I bought the set with three sections of guide track. The track is virtually useless without the special clamps and they were not included. Weird.”
