“Like iv said about the track iv haven't had the opportunity yet to used it but I am so looking forward to the quality looks really good and the track that goes with it it going to make my jobs lot easier”

“It's not been a good buy for me as yet. I had to send it back because the arbour lock was faulty from out of the box. It's been repaired but waiting for it to be returned. They said the bearing was damaged in transit - really?!! how can a bearing get damaged when part of a cased machine in a proper well packed polystyrene protected box!!! I'm totally not impressed that a faulty machine was not instantly replaced instead of being stripped to repair. Not good for customer relations. I now have a repaired machine instead of a new one and at a new price instead of a refurbished price. !!!! Not happy at all. The customer service has been good but the decision to repair instead of replacing is anoying. I'm seriously considering returning it for a refund!! it has a 3 year warranty so if I end up keeping it there is always this as a back-up plan!! However it does look a good machine and may turn out ok. Decisions decisions!! Decided to keep it all as I have been convinced that it's been fully tested and inspected and is now probably a better deal than a new replacement one. The customer service has been fantastic and have offered some discount on some extra stuff I needed too. 5/5 Stars”
