“Great diy wacker plate, I have rented professional ones before but this is a lot easier to use and less stressful not having to return in the rental period. Great job on the single driveway I am building. If you follow the instructions and fit the shake proof washers then the knows don't fall off”

“Absolute amazing compactor for the money. However, its not for the heavy duty projects as its too light. It’s great for compacting sands and resin grouts into paving. Can’t fault evolution products for dosh.”

“Great wacker plate! Used my mates one (exactly the same) on occasions for years. Does what it’s meant to. As every other buyer I have an issue with the bolts coming loose. Bad design which needs resolving! Still a great wacker!!”

“Good wacker plate for DIY use. Not as heavy as the diesel ones I’ve hired before, but quieter and no fumes. Other negatives re: design… 1/ Lead not long enough and gets in the way vs. Diesel. 2/ Orange adjustable bolts on the side of handles vibrate loose ( needs a redesign with some sort of locking device?) 3/ There’s a lot more vibration coming up the handle than diesel’s so Ive ordered a pair of HAV gloves and limited time on the machine to short durations However, overall good for home use.”

“Not as good as petrol one but didn’t expect it would be. Overall not bad. It had some marks on body but as it was two days late we needed to get on and the lads had used it before I knew anyway. Knobs on handle constantly come loose but I will sort that.”
