“An excellent little but strangely beefy whacker that compacts really well and deep ( apparently vibrations can be felt in neigh properties ) - I would advise always having a spare v-belt though just in case ( I had one go after a few days but the new one is still going strong)”

“Looked good, started first time and worked well first time. However after 2nd use petrol cap was vibrating off and rubber bush was badly worn. Machine Mart repaired it and we'll see how it goes now. If all is well it represents a good buy”

“I would of given the compactor plate another star but I can’t because of the way the machine ticks over on full revs, it’s constantly revving and backing off a bit like a lawn mower☹️ Plus there should be a small bottle of thread lock in the box because the nuts and bolts rattle themselves loose, I nearly lost control of the thing when to bolts holding the handle to the body of the machine fell out. This is a D.I.Y users machine at best and no substitute for a Whacker plate from a tool hire shop.”

“It seems to want to go backwards on you, it rattles the bolts out of the handles, it compacts ok but seem to have to fight with it”

“Compactor was light but compacted well exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately the drive band broke within about one hour's use so I am now in the process of returning it. I am happy to try again once as I own another product from evolution which has been great so far. Any problems though I will be receiving a full monetary refund. Lets hope the second compacter is up to the job.”
