“Glad I went for the 10" inch Disc cutter 240 volt, far safer to use then a Disc grinder. Better control if you have lots of cuts to do, it cut though 50mm thick slabs at a good pace. I had to do about 15 cuts on the 50mm slabs in total, plus a few charcoal pavers over all very good.”

“I have give it a once over but not yet used it as the project I have is at the end of the month. The motor on it has a slight kick which is a good thing as it spins up very quickly. It seems to really well balanced. I will make another review when I have actually cut some block and paving.”

“As a keen Do-it-Yourself-er, I found the Evolution R255DCT 255mm 10" Electric Disc Cutter well balanced, easy to set up and use. My first job was to cut a few bricks- easily achieved and then I needed to cut a 1 cm length of limestone off of a 600mm slab-likewise the disc cutter completed the job quickly & efficiently. I am extremely chuffed with the tool. I borrowed another disc cutter from a family member which was awful, poorly balanced and felt dangerous to use. So glad I gave it back and purchased the cutter from Evolution. Thanks too to Lauren at custome services who helped me with my order in view that I ordered online an 110v tool rather than the 230v which I now have in my possession.
