“Track works well with Festool TS60. It does require a full tightening of the guide cams, which is different from the fit on the Festool tracks but it ultimately works and is priced much better. It would be nice if they had a single extrusion 9‚Äô track but this product is still a good value.”

“Very pleased with the Evolution track, works perfectly with my Evolution circular saw. It is well engineered and so simple to use. My only slight issue is with the documentation. It would have been good to get more information about the initial setup of the track, where you must first do a dummy cut along the full length of the track, in order to trim off the rubber splinter guard. I had to look through Youtube videos to quite understand this. Experienced carpenters will doubtless know all about that, but DIY enthusiasts may not.”

“Overall it’s great, making life a lot easier to get straight. I love the self aligning cams but you can’t really see clearly if it’s locked or open. A bit of a nick or paint would help to see this. You need to do opposite twists on each side to get it to line up. A simple arrow on the track would solve this. The splitter guard, my first rip, ripped it in two places so I had a dent in the middle and the end making it useless to line up. Not sure how I did this but hey. I’ve been used it to cut Insulated Metal Panels for my garden office. Works a treat for both cross cuts and rips. Remember to brush it off between cuts and the metal bits get stuck under the saw and in the track. Last little niggle, the Alan key holder is so flimsy and the key falls out after one days use. Needs some better placement. Saying all that, overall it’s a great piece of kit for the money and paid for itself in straight lines already. Highly recommend it.”
