“My partner gave me a set of these sheets for Christmas. They are the terracotta ones. The color is bold and the sheets have a nice sheen to them. They are incredibly soft compared to the previous set of cotton sheets I had. I've slept very well since getting these.
I washed them yesterday according to the directions on the eucalypso site. I ran them on the delicate cycle with tap cold water and a mild detergent. Additionally, I put the sheets in mesh laundry bags to prevent any snags caused by the inside of the machine. I hung them to dry after. They dried much faster than expected and I was able to put them back on my bed for the night.
I did not notice the pilling or issues others had. The sheets seem pretty much the same as when I got them, just a little wrinkly. I put the fitted sheet on the bed when it was close to fully dry. That helped with wrinkles on that one.
The one thing to know is that body oil from your face or back, or any moisturizer you may have on will show on the sheets. It will darken areas of the fabric. It does the same on other sheets, but it may be more apparent on these ones. Eucalypso suggests treating it with Dawn or adding a small amount of that soap when you wash. I've not tried that yet but I will on the next wash.
These feel more comfortable than any previous set of sheets I've had. I think they've improved my sleep some. They're also very pretty, and I think they'll last a while.”

The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because after we washed out pillow cases there was a slight rip where the pillow case is sown together. It’s not the biggest deal I fixed it and sowed it back but not sure if it was a faulty case and or they just dont hold up long.”
