“These are so so soft. I ordered two sets one for my boyfriends house and one for mine! We washed and used the ones are his house and they are so SOFT and cool throughout the whole night!! I opened mine today for my house and found a small snag in one of the pillowcases! I will contact customer service for that but I really love love love this product. We have pets as well and the cats adore laying out on his pillows at home!”
