“I wanted to love these so much but for $110 and an additional $200+ for sheets that claim to be satin soft and cooling, I didn’t find any of those things to be true. I have reached out no less than three times asking for a refund and no one has contacted me from customer service.”
“I wish I could love these. I’m not one to usually write reviews but with how much these cost and how horrible they are I thought I needed to warn people. After two washes the pillow cases are no longer silky smooth. They feel like a regular cotton pillow case. I got these over a silk pillowcase bc they’re more ethically sourced but I wouldn’t do it again. Better to find a different company or just buy real silk. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy these.”
