“I was very pleased to find a support that was large enough for my very fat knees ( some due to swelling) but it fits my thighs , only just…did have one time when it slid to my ankles as I got out of car!! At home thankfully! But on the whole I’m sure it’s helping. I bought the xxxl and am very close to max measurements ( for me an extra 3-4 cm on upper strap would be even better ) but as it’s the only one I could get on I am pleased. Just need to retighten top strap if had it on a while.
Otherwise it would have got 5stars.”
