“The butterfly plaque was exactly what we reqiured to complete a Memorial to her son who was a neonatal fatality. It was designed to go in a presentation box with a inscribed stone. My sister was extremly happy with the result. Unfortunately I will have to replace the box as Royal Mail were incapable of delivering it safety. Luckily I shall be able to recover the main pieces i.e. the stone and your plaque next time I am able to visit Norfolk.”
