“We picked up our dogs in Oct from Dogs Trust and bought dog tags. A few weeks later a phone number changed, so I ordered 2 new tags and when they arrived these ones didn't have the reinforced ring. I now feel that they are not as strong as the originals. I haven't been in touch as I don't feel it's important.”
