“Very good service, fast turnaround but the customer is given a preview of how the wording on the plaque will appear, and can make adjustments if required. Only when the customer clicks ‘approved’ does the engraving work go ahead. Once the engraving work’s done (and they are quick) the plaque arrives by post within a day or two, complete with screws. Also includes instructions, not only on how best to fix it and avoid damage, but aftercare maintenance advice is also given so you can keep the plaque looking good.
