“Took me a little while to work out how to size the engraving I wanted. But when it arrived I was pleased. Just a small point to make it is brass and can pick up scuff marks and scratches easily so handle carefully”
“The plaque itself was excellent quality, as was the delivery and the standard of the text, BUT, the text was too small for it's intended purpose, and was difficult to read, more so when the postie has to read it in the rain in France. Therefore, I shall place another order with you because as I said - the quality was excellent. I will shorten the address a little and ask that you put some of the text onto an extra line, with at least double the supplied text size please. I realise that the plate will be a little larger. Thanks, a nice piece of brass otherwise...”
