“Produced wording and proof sent. On reflection didn't like the wording or layout so a new proof was submitted without any issues and later confirmed. Plaque was engraved, despatched and received quickly. Would recommend this company and have no issues in using them again”
“The plaque itself was perfect. However the brass scraw snapped in half while screwing into my pets ashes box. Leaving half a screw stuck in there. Had to put plaque off centre to cover it.”
