Hello Ian, the tracking shows that your fees were paid yesterday (the 18th September) and the package has been released and prepared for delivery today (the 19th)
We do have a message on the checkout alongside the shipping options, of our international orders, that reads "5-10 days. Any applicable import fees and/or duties are to be paid on arrival by the recipient"
