(which was one of my worries that it would be flimsy) was Fantastic I had nothing to worry about. Also how committed I felt they were to getting this right for me. I was left feeling very secure about how much care they would take. And I was not disappointed with either of the plaques I ordered. I changed things and added stuff on but never once felt they were put out by this. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will certainly be using them again. Hello Ian, the tracking shows that your fees were paid yesterday (the 18th September) and the package has been released and prepared for delivery today (the 19th)
We do have a message on the checkout alongside the shipping options, of our international orders, that reads "5-10 days. Any applicable import fees and/or duties are to be paid on arrival by the recipient"
