“I was so thrilled with the quality of the plaque (as was my dad). I was even more thrilled with the service. I realised on the Sunday that I had not ordered the plaque for my dad's gift and I was flying overseas on Wednesday. I ordered it on Sunday and added a message about how urgent it was. On Monday my message was acknowledged and I was told if I accepted the proof when I received it, they would get it done. Sure enough,it was delivered to me on Wednesday morning in time for me to take with me. Thank you!!!!!”
