Hi Victoria, I'm sorry to hear this. In fairness we do list all the sizes and show visuals of each tag next to coins so you can choose the most approrpriate size. There's a wide range of sizes starting at tiny 21mm tags, regretfully I think you've just ordered the wrong size on this occasion. Please let me know if I can help further. Kind regards, Andy
