“The text boxes to insert text didn't give any indication of maximum length and the three lines (2 phone numbers and 'microchipped' we had on the tag were very squashed together and difficult to read. We could have had more lines so that would have been even worse. Something showing how your tag will look would be helpful, or limit the characters according to the width at that point on the circular tag.”
