“Firstly can I just say when my Taglock arrived last week it was faulted only one side locked, I rang and spoke to Andy who, after requesting I send a photo to see if he could spot any obvious faults, immediately emailed and said he would send out a replacement, this actually arrived by post the very next day!

As for the Taglock it’s attached to my labs harness and she runs through long grass, swims in the river…retrieves, typical lab really and it’s remained fully locked and in place since the day I attached it to her harnes.
Highly recommend this, well worth the money.
