Hello Ann, I'm sorry to hear this - could I ask you to send me an email to orders@engravingstudios.co.uk with a photo of the collar alongside a tape measure. I can review this further and look to sort out some replacements.
I've not had reports of any falling off, certainly not two on the first day. My concern is that perhaps the measurement you are supplying is possibly wrong.
