“Well I ordered 2 reinforced brass heart tags & 2 reinforced brass bones tags as both my dog's have tags that have out very quickly. The customer service has been second to none receiving emails everyday as to the progress of my order,my order arrived in 4 days 'brilliant'. The quality of the tags is excellent as is the engraving which is deep & very clear.
