Hello there, I'm sorry to hear this - I've had a look through your orders, it would appear you ordered a smaller tag this time.
Your two most recent orders were for 33mm reinforced tags but the earlier one from February 2022 was a 39mm standard brass tag. I do hope this clarifies but if I can help further please let me know.
