“Have ordered from Engraving Studios a few times now (we have 3 active dogs). The dog tags are consistently good quality (would recommend the reinforced option) and the engraving is of sufficiently good quality that it lasts rather than wearing off. We have lost tags due to rings opening up so are now using the tougher taglinks which will hopefully prove more robust. One lost tag was even returned to us and Andy allowed me to cancel that part of our order - excellent customer service and consistently reliable and friendly. Thank you.”
Hi Sherry, further to our emails - Royalmail have been unable to organise delivery as you supplied an incomplete address for delivery.
