“The engraving was very small and was done on the outside edge of the quaich rather than the inside. It's probably my fault for not checking, but having researched numerous different sites I had seen that all engraving was done inside; on the bottom of the Quaich and was large and obvious. Had I known that the engraving would be on the outside and barely visible I would not have paid the additional cost. Perhaps you can update your listings to show / make it clear where you engrave.”
