“Unfortunately, having bought this as a gift for my fiancee to replace a cheap one, this flask is really bad for pouring out a drink. In fact, he has now kept the cheap hip flask.”

Hello Teresa, We’re so sorry to hear your experience with us was less than 5-stars and did not meet your expectations. When pouring out of a Hipflask it is common for air to be trapped within the Hipflask causing an airlock, however by changing the angle, it will release the air and therefore make it easier to pour out. This is the case with all Hipflasks. However if we can assist with anything further, please do not hesitate to get in touch. -AG
